Seed Oil-Free Easy Homemade Mayo Without the Junk!

Easy 2-Hard-Boiled-Egg Mayo Recipe

I love mayonnaise, but I don’t love the harmful seed oils, preservatives, and additives found in most store-bought versions. Many brands use cheap oils and ingredients that extend shelf life but aren’t great for health. That’s why I prefer to make my own with clean, simple ingredients—so I know exactly what’s in it. The best part? My family loves it, and it’s so easy to whip up!

This 2-hard-boiled-egg mayo has been trending for good reason—it’s creamy, delicious, and made without raw eggs, making it a safer option. Plus, it comes together in minutes with just a few pantry staples. Give it a try!

Easy Homemade Mayo (No Raw Eggs!)

Ingredients:

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons vinegar (white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, or lemon juice)

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ to ½ cup oil (avocado oil, olive oil, or any neutral-flavored oil)

  • Optional: ½ teaspoon mustard, garlic powder, or a dash of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and add them to a blender or food processor.

  2. Add vinegar, salt, and any optional seasonings.

  3. While blending, slowly drizzle in the oil until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Enjoy! Use it for sandwiches, salads, or as a dip—it’s fresh, clean, and totally customizable!
