Knowledge Is Power

As a wife and mother, keeping my family healthy and well-nourished has always been my top priority. I’ve spent years preparing balanced meals and ensuring my loved ones get the nutrition they need. But I remember the frustration of sorting through all the mixed messages about nutrition. The conflicting advice was overwhelming, leaving me uncertain about which direction to take. Over time, I learned to focus on what truly works and now, I’m here to share that knowledge with you, offering clear, research-backed insights to help you make the best choices for your health and your family’s well-being.

Instead of focusing on the confusion of past nutrition advice, I’ve chosen to take charge of my health and dive into the science behind it. I’m currently pursuing a Certificate in Nutrition and Wellness Coaching from Harvard Medical School Executive Education to deepen my understanding and expertise. My mission is to share evidence-based knowledge that empowers families to make healthier, informed choices about the food they eat. Through education and advocacy, I aim to help create a future where people have the tools they need to live healthier, more vibrant lives.

Welcome to my blog! I'm Aida, and for the past 5 years, I've been on a life-changing keto journey that has transformed both my body and mind. Through embracing a low-carb lifestyle, I've experienced incredible physical benefits like improved energy, reduced inflammation, and better overall health. But the transformation goes beyond just the physical. As I’ve learned more about nutrition, I’ve discovered the deep connection between a healthy body and a clear, focused mind. Keto has not only helped me feel better physically but has also enhanced my mental clarity, emotional well-being, and ability to manage stress.
